Our returns policy lasts 14 (fourteen) days. You can return the products for any reason within 14 (fourteen) days after the order was delivered.
If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or product exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all the labels and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if there were any) will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be made with a trackable delivery service and tracking number must be provided to an email firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 (one) day after the shipment has been sent.
In case a defective item is returned we replace the defective product with a similar product or make a refund if the item is not available anymore.
If the item was purchased with a discount the amount paid for the item is refunded with a valid discount.
If the return meets all the conditions, then your refund will be processed, and money will be transferred to the same account the purchase was made from within a couple of days after receiving returned products.
After the refund is made you will receive an email notification about the order state changing to refunded.
Please keep in mind that there is often some processing time in banks before a refund is posted.
