1. What does this Privacy Policy mean?
In this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), we provide you with information on how “taškU” (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) handles your personal data received: (i) by you using the website https://www.tasku.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Internet website); (ii) us conducting contests on social networks; (iii) our direct marketing; (iv) to ensure the protection of confidential information and business continuity; (v) for the purpose of performing contracts concluded between us and the legal entities; (vi) when you visit the Website or our social media accounts. The following are all persons whose data are processed by the Data Controller are referred to as Data Subjects.

3. What is personal data?
Personal data is any information collected by the Data Controller about the Data Subject that can be used to identify the Data Subject and is stored electronically or by other means.
Personal data includes any information, including the name, address, e-mail of the Data Subject, the postal address, telephone number that the Data Controller collects about the Data Subjects for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in the separate consent or agreement of the Data Subject with the Data Controller.
We would like to point out that depending on the actions you perform on the Website or in our social accounts, the scope, purposes, as well as the basis of your personal data processed by the Data Controller will also depend.
4. Personal data processed during the provision / receipt of electronic services (user account)
If you decide to become a registered user of the Website, we will process your personal data necessary for the performance of the electronic services agreement (user account) and contact you in case of questions regarding the performance of the agreement. Data we will use: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, purchased, favourized products. If authorized representatives of data subjects act as employees of legal entities we will process additional data such as company name, address, company registration number and taxpayer identification number.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) (B) of the GDPR (performance of the contract or attempt to take action at your request before the contract is concluded).
We retain your data until your user account is canceled or after 5 years from your last login.
5. Personal data that is processed when you purchase goods on the Website
In order to conclude and execute the Sales Agreement between us and you, as well as to contact you in case of questions regarding the execution of the Sales Agreement, we will process the following personal data of you: first name, last name, e-mail address, address of the place of delivery, telephone number, billing details (bank account number, etc.), information on executed, rejected or failed payments, information on the return of goods. If authorized representatives of data subjects act as employees of legal entities, we will process additional data such as company name, address, company registration number and taxpayer identification number.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) (B) of the GDPR (performance of the contract or attempt to take action at your request before the contract is concluded).
Data confirming the fact of concluding the Sales Agreement and information and accounting documents related to the conclusion of the Agreement will be kept for 10 years after the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, and other information – for 5 years.
6. Personal data is processed during your participation in games organized by us
We can organize and run games on our Facebook or Instagram accounts.
All Data Entities participating in the Game will process the personal data they provide through their social network account (e.g., profile photo, name, email address).
To identify and reward the winner of the game, we will process the following personal data of the winner of the game: first name, last name, telephone number and address; data provided by the Data Subject using the social network account (e.g. profile photo, name, surname, e-mail address).
By participating in the game, the Data Subject agrees that the Data Controller will process the specified personal data.
The specified personal data is stored for 4 weeks after the end of the game.
7. Direct marketing
We will send offers for the sale of goods or services by electronic means (e-mail, telephone, SMS) to persons who have provided their contact details and have expressed a wish to receive information about the goods and / or services offered by “taškU” newsletters and other promotional material, we will inform you about the “taškU” news.
For the purpose of direct marketing, “taškU” will process the following personal data of you: telephone number, e-mail address (mandatory data, without which we will not be able to send you direct marketing messages). Your data will be processed for direct marketing purposes for 5 years from the date of consent.
If you have purchased goods or services sold by taškU and have not objected to receiving direct marketing communications (e.g. by ticking the opt-out box on the direct marketing consent form), we will email you notifications about goods or services that are similar to those provided, services or goods sold. In this case, your data will be processed for direct marketing purposes for 2 years after the last purchase of the product or service.
You have the right to object or refuse to receive direct marketing communications at any time by contacting us by the email address provided in Section 2.
8. Contact us
There are several ways you can contact us: by phone, email. We receive, review and respond to all reports ourselves. If you contact us, we may process the data you provide to us, i.e. first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, date and text of communication.
Such data will be processed in order to answer your questions and examine your suggestions. If you do not provide your contact information, we will not be able to contact you.
Communication between us and you is stored for 1 year from the receipt of the message, except for information for which other terms are set in the Privacy Policy or legal acts.
