We ship worldwide via Lithuanian Post using tracked delivery.
We also use Omniva for parcel terminal deliveries for shipping in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
We also offer delivery via courier to the desired address for Latvia, Estonia and Finland as well.
We use LP Express parcel terminal deliveries in Lithuania only.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is received.

Once we ship your order, we will send you tracking information so you can see where your item is at any time given. But feel free to contact us if some delays occur and delivery takes longer than noted above.
We deliver all our products to LP Express or Omniva parcel machines in the territory of Lithuania free of charge.
If you choose delivery in Lithuania’s territory via Lithuanian Post then an additional 1.99 Eur fee will be applied at the checkout.
If you choose delivery to the desired address via courier in Lithuania’s territory then additional 2.99 Eur fee will be applied at the checkout.
If you choose our products to be delivered to Latvia, Estoniato Omniva parcel machines an additional 5 Eur fee will be applied at the checkout.
If you choose our products to be delivered to Latvia, Estonia of Finland via courier an additional 9 Eur fee will be applied at the checkout.
If you choose our products to be sent out of territory of Lithuania to any other country not mentioned above using Lithuanian Post services an additional 5 Eur fee will be applied at the checkout.
Taxes & Duties
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes.

1.1 You can return the product for any reason within 14 (fourteen) days after the product was delivered.
1.2 The return must be made with a trackable delivery service and tracking number must be provided within 1 (one) day after the shipment has been sent.
1.3 The cost of returning good quality items or replacement of good quality items is paid by the buyer.
1.4 You must inform us about the return via email.
1.5 The return item must be in original packaging, not damaged, unused, unworn, with all the labels, in the same condition you have received it.
1.6 If you return an unused item of good quality we will refund the amount of money paid for the item. Shipping costs are not refunded.
1.7 If defective item is returned we replace the defective product with a similar product or make a refund if the item is not available anymore.
1.8 In order to return defective item you can do this within 14 (fourteen) days after the item is delivered. You must inform us about defective item by email adding photos of bad quality and describing the issue.
1.9 When returning defective item product must be in original packaging, not damaged, unused, unworn, in the same condition you have received (with all the labels).
1.10 If a gift voucher was used at the checkout we will return the coupon and will refund the amount which was paid (if it has been paid)
1.11 If the item was purchased with a discount the amount paid for the item is refunded with a valid discount.
1.12 In case of a refund the amount paid is being paid to to you within 5 business days from the time when we receive the returned item.
1.13 This return policy is made according to the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to this policy.
