We always hope that our products will fit you perfectly. But even if you decide to return our product for any reason feel free to contact us at help@tasku.lt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms<\/span><\/h4>\n

Our returns policy lasts 14 (fourteen) days. You can return the products for any reason within 14 (fourteen) days after the order was delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n

If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or product exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/span><\/h4>\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all the labels and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gift cards are non-returnable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Returns<\/span><\/h4>\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if there were any) will be deducted from your refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

All returns must be made with a trackable delivery service and tracking number must be provided to an email help@tasku.lt within 1 (one) day after the shipment has been sent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds<\/span><\/h4>\n

In case a defective item is returned we replace the defective product with a similar product or make a refund if the item is not available anymore.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the item was purchased with a discount the amount paid for the item is refunded with a valid discount.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the return meets all the conditions, then your refund will be processed, and money will be transferred to the same account the purchase was made from within a couple of days after receiving returned products.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the refund is made you will receive an email notification about the order state changing to refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please keep in mind that there is often some processing time in banks before a refund is posted.<\/span><\/p>\n
