Where is my order?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

You can check the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section. If you are not registered, you can access order tracking by clicking here<\/a>. In this case, you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number.<\/p>\n

When your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking number and a link to track the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What payments do you accept?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

We accept credit and debit cards payments. As well we accept direct bank payments through payment initiation service, but this applies only for some European markets.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

For deliveries in Lithuania we use:
\nLithuanian Post, LP Express, Omniva or DPD deliveries.<\/p>\n

For deliveries in Baltic states we use:
\nLithuanian Post, Omniva, DPD or Itella delivery services.<\/p>\n

For deliveries in Scandinavia and EU we use:
\nLithuanian Post, DPD or Itella delivery services.<\/p>\n

For deliveries to the rest of the World we use:
\nLithuanian Post services.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

How long does it take to prepare my order?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

We usually prepare and ship orders in 1-2 business days.<\/p>\n

In case you order a custom sized product it might take up to 7 business days to prepare such order.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

How long does it take to receive my order?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Lithuania:
\n1-2 business days (for both parcel machines and courier delivery).<\/p>\n

Latvia, Estonia:
\n2-5 business days (for parcel machines and courier delivery).
\n5-7 business days via regular Post services.<\/p>\n

Finland, Sweden, Norway:
\n3-5 business days for courier delivery.
\n5-10 business days via regular Post services.<\/p>\n

Other EU countries:
\n3-7 business days for courier delivery.
\n5-14 business days via regular Post services.<\/p>\n

Rest of the world:
